Relaxation Defined
The sun shines
And it soaks into your body
Relaxing you
As you lay and stare
Up at the sky
And laugh with your friends
Eating a picnic lunch
And gazing at the water
Licking ice cream from the cone
Telling jokes
Lazy afternoons
Whisk you away from the cares of life
Counting the clouds on one hand
And finding shapes in those that are there
